Will Samsung Galaxy S2 also have built-in SIP VOIP support?

The Xperia Arc and the Nexus S with Gingerbread have built-in SIP VOIP support. If that's standard in Gingerbread or it will be a feature, the Samsung Galaxy S2 will have as well? Any advice welcomed!!

Edit IMAP settings in the mail app on Samsung Galaxy S2?

Just got Samsung Galaxy S2 today. I have a problem in that all the mail setup seems to be automatic and I can't do a detailed setup, i.e. I can't make sure it's using secure connections for IMAP etc. Any thoughts or a better app?
